ACCREDITATION STATEMENT
This program has been assigned Universal Activity Numbers 0691-0000-26-200-L04-P to 0691-0000-26-209-L01-P and has been accredited for a total of 17.0 contact hours (1.70 CEUs). The Continuing Pharmacy Education portion of this NAPPSA conference is sponsored by Practicing Pharmacists Institute (PPI), ACPE Provider Number 0691, as a partner with the Nigerian Association of Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Scientists in the Americas (NAPPSA).
Attendees must register for the Conference, sign in when required, actively participate throughout each activity, and complete the required attendance and evaluation documentation with an NABP eProfile Number and birth date to receive credit. Participant credits will be posted to CPE Monitor within 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of all conference paperwork. All requests for Continuing Pharmacy Education credit must be turned in by November 30, 2026.

Complete all required attendance and post-activity evaluation documentation.

Submit by Deadline
All requests for Continuing Pharmacy Education credit must be turned in by November 30, 2026.
Credits will be posted to CPE Monitor 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of all conference paperwork.

GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
Submit CPE grievances in writing to nappsa@nappsa.org with the session name, date, and UAN. NAPPSA will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and work to resolve the matter within 30 days.
